Injuries and illnesses due to work activities may cause significant impacts on TH in terms of operation, financial, safety, reputation, and legal action. Therefore, it is TH's responsibility to ensure the work environment is always safe,healthy, and free from hazards and occupational diseases for all TH staff and stakeholders by establishing and enforcing the TH Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy. In order to ensure TH OSH Policy is a success, TH is committed to:
- Always comply with relevant Acts and Regulations regarding OSH in force.
- Ensure OSH management is inculcated in TH management.
- Implement a safe working system through a systematic Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
- Provide continuous and adequate training to all TH staff as to enhance awareness and competency in health and safety aspect.
- Ensure all TH staff to be aware on their safety and health at work as well as other people who may be affected by their working activities.
- Immediately identify and assess the action to be taken on any OSH accidents and diseases and report them to the responsible Authorities.
