Basic Hajj Course 1447H/2026M
1. When will the Hajj Basic Course (KAH) begin? It will begin from 3 October until 28 December 2025.
2. Who will be selected to join KAH? Invitation for the KAH registration will only be extended  to depositors who have been called for hajj for the years 1447H and 1448H.
3. How can I know whether I am selected to join KAH?

The KAH invitation is communicated via SMS and letters to individuals whose contact numbers are not registered in the TH system. Prospective Hajj pilgrims may also verify their invitation status through the nearest TH office. The TH team will reach out to those invited to attend the KAH session and provide them with detailed information.
4. Where will KAH be held? KAH will be carried out physically in selected mosques across the country.
5. How can I know the date and place of the courses?

The KAH schedule can be checked via :

  1. THiJARI application (Menu > Hajj Services > Basic Hajj Course)
  2. or on TH Official Website at www.tabunghaji.gov.my
  3. or at the Nearest TH Offices
     
6. How many series of KAH will be held? 13 series
7. How many series will be held in a week? 1 per week
8. Will TH provide a book/module for reference?

Starting from the Hajj season of 1447H, the KAH Notebook will no longer be provided free of charge. The sale of the book will be managed by the Koperasi TH through TH Branch Offices and online platforms.

KAH Module is also available for download via TH Official Portal www.tabunghaji.gov.my or at the e-Bimbingan Haji(https://e-bimbingan.tabunghaji.gov.my/auth/login) Portal.
9. Is KAH recorded and available for viewing if I miss the course session? There will be no recording of the session available. However, the selected future pilgrims can revise the topic and KAH module at the e-Bimbingan Haji (https://e-bimbingan.tabunghaji.gov.my/auth/login)
10. Will KAH this time be open to the public who wants to learn about Hajj? This time, KAH will be opened to the public. However, priority will be given to those who receive the course invitation letter.
11. Is registration required to participate in KAH this time? Individuals who wish to attend KAH are advised to register at the course location each time they attend. This information is very important for TH’s follow-up action.

12. When will the permission for Malaysians to perform Hajj be announced? And how many quotas will be given for Malaysia? TH is in the midst of discussion with and is still waiting for the decision from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13. How much is the Hajj payment for this year? TH will announce the Hajj payment for 1447H/2026M after an in-depth discussion about the total cost of performing hajj this year is concluded.
14. Will the same SOP and guidelines from the year 1447H/2026M apply this year? This will be notified once the decision is received from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in regards to how hajj will be performed in the year 1447H/2026M season.
15. Will TH provide hajj badal service this year? No. TH has not offered hajj badal services beginning Hajj season 1440H/2019M in accordance to the directives issued by the Arab Saudi authorities.
