What is JomPAY? JomPAY is a national initiative, supported by Banks, to enable online fund transfer across Malaysia operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).
What can I do with JomPAY? With JomPAY, depositors can transfer fund from their banks’ Saving or Current account to account at TH through Internet or Mobile Banking via 23 Banks in Malaysia.
How do I perform deposit transaction to TH Account via JomPAY using internet banking?
  1. Depositors log on to their own internet bank
  2. Select JomPAY 
  3. Fill up transaction details and confirm payment
  • Biller Code - 60228
  • Biller Code Name – Tabung Haji-Deposit
  • Ref-1 – TH Account Number (15 digit)
  • Ref-2 – Sender’s Mobile Phone Number
  • Amount (RM)

IMPORTANT:

Depositors must ensure that the recipient’s TH Account is an ACTIVE TH accounts ONLY. Only ACTIVE TH Account will be successfully credited otherwise the fund will be refunded.

Depositors are required to check the status of their TH account and ensure that the TH Account number is valid by contacting THCC at 03-6207 1919.
Will I be charged for this service? No service charge imposed to depositors.
Do I have to register? No registration is required with JomPAY. However, you must have Internet or Mobile Banking access at your preferred bank.
How long does it take for my deposit transaction to reflect into depositors’ TH account?

It will reflect on the next working day (T+1). If transaction done after 5:00 pm, then the T will be the next working day.

You may check the transaction reflect on your TH account after 11:00am.
Any cut off time of making the transaction? It depends on the Internet Banking settings of depositor’s choice of bank
Can I make transaction to other TH Account? Yes. You can perform transaction to Own TH Account or 3rd Party TH Account. The information needed is only TH Account number to make the transaction.
Is there a limit for JomPAY transaction? Since JomPAY transactions are performed at banks’ Internet or Mobile Banking, transaction limit is determined by the respective banks.
