THiJARI is TH’s network of digital services that began operating on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. It is an online platform for services provided for TH customers such as account status checking, account statement printing, fund transfers, Hajj services and TaHa Club.
The services offered on THiJARI are as follows:
- Managing Savings and Withdrawal
TH customers can check summarised and detailed account information, transaction records, account balance as well as transfer funds between TH accounts (to dependents and third parties). Profile update is also possible via THiJARI. Account statements can be downloaded and printed and in addition, you can set your favourite accounts.
- Hajj Affairs
To simplify Hajj affairs, TH depositors can check their Hajj registration status and download their Hajj registration slip. For Hajj Offer Confirmation, letter of offer and Hajj status checking can be done via THiJARI. TH depositors can check and download their flight schedules. For Hajj Basic Course programs, depositors can review the locations and course dates as well as download the Hajj Basic Course notes.
- Kelab Taha/Taha@U
Kelab Taha/Taha@U Registration can be done through THiJARI. For TaHa/TaHa@U members, they can check their registration status, club membership E-card as well as viewing list of Rakan Kelab TaHa/TaHa@U.
How To Use THiJARI
Depositors need to ensure that they have updated all members’ information (including cell phone number information) at any TH counters. A confirmation number (TAC) will be sent to the registered mobile phone number. TH depositors are required to verify the mobile phone number to avoid any problems during log in process on the THiJARI system.
For those who have updated their information, they can access this service by logging on to www.thijari.com.my without having to go to the TH counter. Three easy steps to use THiJARI:
- Gain access to www.thijari.com.my (via smartphones / computers / laptops etc.)
- The depositor only needs to enter his IC number and TH account number.
- Next, the depositor will need to enter the registered mobile phone number. Depositors are required to enter personal information. Once completed, the depositor can start using THiJARI services.
