TH provides hajj guidance and knowledge to the prospective pilgrims through a series of hajj courses conducted throughout the country, apart from related hajj publications.
Basic Hajj Course (Kursus Asas Haji)
Basic Hajj Course (KAH) is the first hajj course to be attended by the prospective pilgrims. It has a total of 13 series and is held every weekend for two and a half hours beginning from the month of Rabi'ul Akhir until Jamadil Akhir every year. TH organises KAH at selected mosques around the country in collaboration with the respective mosques' committees. The course module covers the basic knowledge related to hajj rituals, healthcare and hajj management in Malaysia as well as in the Holy Land.
KAH is also open to any individuals who are interested to learn about hajj and umrah and not limited to the selected pilgrims for the current year. Those who are interested can register with the organising mosques.
Intensive Hajj Course (Kursus Intensif Haji)
Intensive Hajj Course (KIH) is the second course organised for the prospective pilgrims. This two-days course is held in the month of Rejab and Syaaban every year. It focuses on the practical aspects of the hajj and umrah rituals which include hajj rituals, healthcare and hajj management while in Malaysia and the Holy Land.
