Yang Berhormat Datuk Dr. Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Junaidi, Sarawak Rural Electrical Junior Minister (responsible for Islamic Affairs of Sarawak) represented Sarawak Chief Minister, Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Patinggi (Dr.) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg in bidding farewell to 150 Sarawak hajj pilgrims in Bay 9, Level 3, Kuching International Airport, Sarawak today.

The group is scheduled to depart via flight KT41Q (MH8441) today at 3.40pm from Kuching to KLIA. They will continue their journey to the Holy Land from KLIA via flight KT41 (MH8148) at 9.15am and is expected to arrive in Jeddah at 12.55pm (Saudi Arabia time).

The ceremony was also attended by Sahibus Samahah Datu Haji Kipli bin Yassin, Sarawak Mufti, Yang Berbahagia Datu Haji Misnu bin Taha, Yang Di Pertua of Sarawak Islamic Council, Tuan Haji Hizamuddin bin Jamalluddin, TH Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff, Puan Hajah Zaiton binti Mohd Yusoff, TH Sarawak State Director, representatives from agencies’ under the Sarawak State Government and officers.
