YAB Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, the Prime Minister of Malaysia today has officiated the Workers Day Celebration Year 2019 themed "Trustworthy Workers, Country's Inspiration" at the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC). This is the first celebration held since the Pakatan Harapan Government took over the Government on May 09, 2018.

In his mandate, YAB Prime Minister reminded every employee to always strive to perform their duties with trust and integrity.

'A workforce that is trustworthy is the backbone of the Government in achieving developed nation status based on our own standards and at the international level'.

More than 50 agencies consisting of government and private bodies including TH participated in the Workers Day Celebration of 2019. TH was headed by Tuan Haji Mohd Norber Bin Kassim, General Manager (Learning And Development) and 60 TH members were present at the 2019 Workers Day celebration.
