PULAU PINANG, July 5, 2024 – Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today presented zakat contributions amounting to RM3,990,330.95 to Zakat Pulau Pinang in a ceremony held at Anjung Seri Mutiara, Pulau Pinang.

TH Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Tuan Haji Syed Hamadah bin Syed Othman handed over a replica cheque to the Penang Deputy Chief Minister 1, YB Dato' Dr. Mohamad bin Abdul Hamid. The ceremony was witnessed by the Tuan Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang, TYT Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi Bin Haji Abdul Razak.

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) presented a zakat amounting RM15,130,379.28 for the financial year ending 2016 to Lembaga Zakat Selangor in a ceremony at Istana Bukit Kayangan, Shah Alam, Selangor. The total amount of 2016 TH zakat for Selangor recorded an increase of 2.65% compared to RM14,739,426.67 (2015).

The zakat is presented by YBhg. Dato’ Adi Azuan Abdul Ghani, TH Chief Operating Officer to Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj Sultan of Selangor. 

KOTA KINABALU, November 11, 2021 - Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today handed over TH Zakat amounting to RM 2,104,543.47 for the financial year ending 2020 to the Majlis Ugama Islam Sabah (MUIS) in a ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s Office, Sabah.

SABAH, 19 November 2021 - Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today handed over Zakat TH amounting to RM1,988,927.04 for the financial year ending 2020 to Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak (TBS) in a ceremony held at the Chief Minister's Office, Wisma Bapa Malaysia Petrajaya.

KAJANG, February 22, 2024 : Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today contributed RM1 million for ‘Mobile Audiometric Centre (Mobile Hearing)’ Programme Programme, which was held for the first time in collaboration with Yayasan Pelangi Malaysia (YAPEL) in helping asnaf who have hearing problems. This integrated program includes three main aspects which are the provision of a Mobile Audiometric Center, a screening program and the provision of hearing aids for the asnaf.

TH Ehsan Programme, organised by Tabung Haji (TH), today contributed RM80,000 to 160 needy asnaf recIpients in Kelantan at Dewan Sri Mutiara, Sekolah Kebangsaan Tok Bok, Machang, Kelantan.

In line with its CSR’s objective, TH remains committed to play its role in helping those in need, nationwide.

Kelantan’s TH Ehsan Programme’s was officiated by YBhg. Tan Sri Shukry Mohd Salleh, a member of TH Board of Directors and also attended by Tuan Haji Mohd Hisham bin Harun, Senior General Manager, Human Resource Department.

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today presents its education zakat totalling RM125,000 to 14 selected school in the “ Majlis Sumbangan Program Iqra” at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Dato’ Mohd Taha, Gemencheh, Negeri Sembilan.

This event was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Adi Azuan Abdul Ghani, TH Chief Operating Officer and also attended by YBrs. Tuan Haji Hamzah Abu, Tampin Education Officer, selected schools’ headmasters, Teachers and TH Staff.

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today distributes education zakat to Asnaf students in four states in Majlis Penyampaian Sumbangan Program Iqra’ TH Perlis, Kedah, Pahang and Sarawak.

828 students from 41 selected schools receive a contribution totaling RM414,000.

Until today, TH has completed the event in nine states which are Negeri Sembilan, Wilayah Persekutuan, Johor, Terengganu, Pulau Pinang, Sabah, Selangor dan Melaka.

For this year, TH distributes RM2 million education zakat to 4,000 students across the country through TH Iqra’ Program.
 

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) held an exchange of agreement ceremony between Bumiputera entrepreneurs and TH at TH Head Office recently.

The purpose of this strategic joint venture is to develop Bumiputera entrepreneurs to be more competitive and progressive. The initiative is consistent with TH objective to support Bumiputera entrepreneurs expand their businesses, improve their expertise and abilities.
