Savings in TH are based on the concept of Wakalah, where an individual (Muwakkil) appoints another party (Wakil) as their representative to manage their affairs. It is Shariah-compliant and fully guaranteed by the Government of Malaysia.

TH's Service Centre (Pusat Perkhidmatan TH - PPTH) was introduced in 2013. The Financial Counter operations for selected TH branches were transferred to TH's Strategic Bank such as Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB) and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (BKRM) which are near the TH offices.

Apart from TH counters and UTC, depositors can also perform their TH transaction at Uniteller, Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) and our strategic partners; Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, Maybank Islamic, CIMB Islamic and AmBank Islamic counters, ATM and online banking. Activation of ATM Card (link) needs to be activated before they can use TH's services via ATM, CDM and TH Strategic Partner Internet Banking.
