What is THRIVE?
In simple terms, THRIVE means grow or develop. TH in word THRIVE refers to Tabung Haji, who is the organisation that spearheads this project.
THRIVE is an entrepreneur hub and is a Tabung Haji’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effort. THRIVE is established to facilitate small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to grow and create job opportunities by providing a furnished and fully-equipped office space at virtually no cost.

What is Coworking Space?
Coworking space is a shared workspace for talents from different company allowing cost saving for the use of the workspace and amenities such as desks, meeting room, pantry and more.
The property is located at Jalan Sultan Ismail, level 14 of Menara TH Perdana.
It is approximately 200 meters to Pertama Complex and 300 meters to Sogo shopping centre. The nearest public transportations are public bus, KL Monorail (Medan Tuanku – 300 meters) and LRT Sri Petaling Line (Sultan Ismail Station – 600 meters).
The initiative is to support the Malaysian Government’s effort to encourage the public sector and all government investment-linked corporations to contribute in stimulating the economy

The selected members of THRIVE can enjoy the listed infrastructure above without any charges. In order to create a professional and modern entrepreneur hub, THRIVE offers a few managed services and additional on-demand services to the members such as attendance monitoring, telephony services, meeting room, event management, food catering, courier delivery, virtual offices, , design and printing and company secretary services. These services will only be charged to the members who are interested. Knowing the importance of the digital adoption among the entrepreneurs, THRIVE comes out with the TH Software Solution Suites which helps the entrepreneurs to conduct their business in a fully digitized manner as we will provide a package of software that consists of E-Notice Boards, E-Assets, E-Document, E-Finance, E-Process and E-Project. The software will need to be subscribed by the members after 6 months of occupancy.
THRIVE members must fulfil these profile criteria below:
- Malaysian citizen with no evidence of criminal track record;
- Conducting Shariah compliant business activities; and;
- Limited financial resources or companies no larger than small and medium enterprise stature.
