Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA)
TH’s investment strategy is based on Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) which has been approved by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department.
SAA is a guide for the investment framework comprising four main asset class which are equity, fixed income, property and cash. SAA is important to ensure the objectives and returns are met within a tolerable risk level. SAA will be reviewed periodically at appropriate intervals to strengthen TH’s investment strategy.
Major investment decisions and policies will go through a series of approval levels and processes before it is approved by the Minister in-charge.
