Campaign Period

Starting from 1 June to 31 December 2025

Eligibility

  1. Open to all Tabung Haji (TH) depositors aged 18 – 25 who are student at universities or colleges across Malaysia;

  2. Register as a member of TaHa@U; AND

  3. Top up a minimum savings of RM50 via Direct Debit through THiJARI.

Campaign Mechanism

  1. TH depositors aged 18 – 25 who are students at universities or colleges in Malaysia.
  2. Must register as a TaHa@U member through THiJARI.
  3. Depositors must set up Direct Debit – from Bank to TH Account via THiJARI with a minimum amount of RM50 during the Campaign Period.
  4. Depositors must not make any withdrawals during the Campaign Period.
  5. Depositors must have a valid and active TH account throughout the Campaign Period 

Prizes

  1. The prizes for this campaign are as follows ("Prizes"):
     
    Monthly Prizes:
    100 x Cashback RM10
  2. TH reserves the right to substitute cash prizes with non-cash prizes. Non-cash prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, either in whole or in part.
     
  3. All prizes and their stated values are accurate at the time of printing and/or publication. Images of the prizes displayed in any marketing and advertising materials are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes received.
     
  4. A total of six hundred (600) cashbacks worth RM10 (each cashback) are allocated under this Campaign, subject to eligibility and compliance with all stated Terms and Conditions. Each Eligible Participant who complies with the Terms and Conditions during the Campaign Period is entitled to receive ONLY one (1) prize under this Campaign.
     
  5. To the extent permitted by law, TH explicitly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, whether express or implied, written or verbal, regarding the prizes, except where such representations arise due to TH’s extreme negligence or intentional misconduct.

Winner Selection

  1. Winners for this campaign will be selected through:
     
    1. Monthly Prizes: First 100 depositors every month who makes deposit through Direct Debit – Bank to Bank on THiJARI with minimum RM100 within campaign period. No withdrawal transactions during the campaign period.
       
  2. Winners must ensure their personal information is up to date in the TH system, including current address, valid mobile phone number, and email address for notification and verification purposes.
     
  3. TH will announce winner names on official social media platforms and the cashback will be credited to TH account. Winners who cannot be contacted or fail to claim their prize within the specified time will have their win forfeited.
     
  4. TH reserves the right to request relevant documents or written proof of identification, including details regarding the winner’s age and residence, before the prize is claimed.
     
  5. TH has the sole discretion to select another eligible participant to replace any winner who is deemed ineligible or disqualified for any reason without explanation during the campaign period.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligible participants are advised to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before participating in the campaign. By
    participating, eligible participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
     
  2. To participate, eligible participants must meet the eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise by TH, participants do not need to sign or fill out any application forms.
     
  3. By participating, eligible participants:
     
    1. Agree to allow their personal data to be collected, processed, and used by TH in accordance with TH’s Privacy Notice, as necessary for this campaign, including for marketing and promotional activities. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, TH will protect participants’ personal data.
       
    2. Agree that TH may publish or display their names and/or photographs in TH’s marketing media or website for campaign publicity purposes.
       
    3. Agree that TH’s decision on all matters related to this campaign, including winner selection and prize allocation through a computerised engine, is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or disputes will be entertained.
       
  4. The eligible participant’s TH account must not be closed, must remain valid, and must not be frozen, subject to any legal orders
    or restrictions, during the campaign period and until prize redemption. Otherwise, the participant will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.
     
  5. TH reserves the sole discretion to disqualify any participant found interfering with the entry process or failing to meet the stipulated requirements and Terms and Conditions.
     
  6. TH is not responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the prizes or their use. Any tax filing obligations or payments (if applicable)
    related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are advised to seek independent tax advice regarding any tax liabilities.
     
  7. TH reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate, or suspend the campaign and/or its Terms and Conditions at any time, in whole or in part, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice. Notification methods may include written notices, electronic media, branch office notices, the TH website, or any other method TH deems appropriate. Participants shall have no claims against TH for any loss or damage resulting from such changes, cancellations, terminations, or suspensions.
  8. TH reserves the absolute right to replace any prize with another of equal value by notifying eligible participants at least fourteen (14) days before each scheduled schedule. Notification methods include written notices, electronic media, branch office notices, the TH website, or other methods deemed appropriate by TH.

  9. The prizes in this campaign do not include additional costs such as transportation unless explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

  10. Winners may be invited to attend a prize-giving ceremony or similar event (if any) at a date and location determined later. Winners will bear all expenses incurred to attend the event.

  11. TH is not responsible for any misinterpretation of facts, injuries, losses of life, or property damage related to the prizes won in this campaign. TH is also not liable, directly or indirectly, for any personal injury or loss resulting from participation in the campaign, acceptance or use of the prizes, travel to claim the prizes, or any other circumstances beyond TH’s control.

  12. Eligible participants are advised to visit the TH website regularly to review any updates or amendments to the Terms and Conditions.

  13. Eligible participants must ensure that their phone number, email, and mailing address are up to date with TH. TH is not responsible for any losses incurred due to outdated or incorrect contact information.

  14. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional materials, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law, and eligible participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

  2. Select Kelab TaHa/TaHa@U.
