1. This Campaign is open to all new and existing young depositors who are Kelab TaHa members and maintain an active TH account.
    
2. New TH depositors are those whose TH accounts are opened during the Campaign Period (“New TH Depositors”) and existing TH depositors are those who opened TH accounts prior to the Campaign Period (“Existing TH Depositors"). Existing TH Depositors comprise those (i) who have performed Hajj and/or register for Hajj and (ii) have yet to register for Hajj.
    
3. During the Campaign Period, Eligible Participant(s) are required to:-
   1. deposit at least a total amount of RM1,300.00 and to maintain a minimum Additional Net Deposit of at least RM1,300.00 in their TH account and
   2. register for Hajj for those who have yet to register.
       
4. Additional Net Deposit means Total Deposits (the amount of deposit(s) made during the Campaign Period) minus Total Withdrawals (the amount of withdrawal(s) made during the Campaign Period).
    
5. The New TH Depositors and Existing TH Depositors who are Kelab Taha members who fulfil the following eligibility criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”) will automatically be eligible to participate in this Campaign in which the guardian will participate on their behalf (“Eligible Participant”):
    
   1. Below 18 years at the time of participation; and
   2. Existing TH Depositors (who have performed Hajj and/or register for Hajj) who deposit at least a total amount of RM 1,300.00 and maintain a minimum Additional Net Deposit of at least RM1,300.00 in their TH account during the Campaign Period; or
   3. Existing TH Depositors (who have yet to register for Hajj) who deposit at least a total amount of RM1,300.00 and maintain a minimum Additional Net Deposit of at least RM1,300.00 in their TH account and register for Hajj during the Campaign Period; or
   4. New TH Depositors who deposit at least a total amount of RM1,300.00 and maintain a minimum additional net deposit of at least RM1,300.00 in their TH account and register for Hajj during the Campaign Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Participant is the TH account guardian of the New TH Depositors and Existing TH Depositors who are Kelab Taha members.

6. Permanent employees of TH and those who employed under a contract of service or apprenticeship (including Management Trainees) and their immediate family members (spouses and children) shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
