Kerjasama TH Dan Mobily Beri Kemudahan Kad Sim Prabayar Kepada Jemaah Haji

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) hari ini memaklumkan bahawa pada Musim Haji 1440H/2019M ini, TH dengan kerjasama Mobily di bawah Program Sahabat Korporat TH akan memberi perkhidmatan kad sim prabayar kepada jemaah haji Malaysia bagi memudahkan mereka menghubungi keluarga semasa berada di Tanah Suci.

Melalui kerjasama ini, pihak Mobily akan memberikan satu kad prabayar kepada setiap jemaah haji Malaysia semasa di stesen berlepas sebelum berangkat ke Tanah Suci.

Kad prabayar ini hanya boleh diaktifkan di Makkah dan Madinah sahaja di mana para jemaah haji dikehendaki membawa sim kad dan lencana pengenalan diri. Petugas Mobily akan mengimbas jari jemaah haji di kaunter Mobily yang akan dibuka di setiap bangunan penginapan.

Bagi jemaah haji Malaysia yang ingin menggunakan kad prabayar syarikat telekomunikasi lain, pendaftaran telah diselaraskan dengan hanya menunjukkan lencana pengenalan diri jemaah haji sahaja. Ini bagi memudahkan para jemaah kerana pasport mereka akan diambil dan diserahkan kepada pihak Muassasah semasa tiba di Arab Saudi. Peraturan Kerajaan Arab Saudi yang hanya membenarkan setiap seorang jemaah haji mempunyai satu talian juga hendaklah dipatuhi.

Setelah pengaktifan kad prabayar Mobily dilakukan, jemaah haji hendaklah menambah nilai kredit kepada akaun yang didaftarkan serendah SAR5 bagi mendapatkan 2GB data percuma selama tiga (3) hari mengikut keperluan masing-masing. Kiosk Mobilly di bangunan penginapan juga menyediakan perkhidmatan tambah nilai dan gantian kad sim. TH dan Mobily berharap perkhidmatan yang disediakan ini dapat membantu jemaah haji menghubungi keluarga dan saudara mara mereka di Tanah Air.

Untuk makluman, terdapat pelbagai pilihan kad sim prabayar yang dijual oleh syarikat telekomunikasi di Arab Saudi seperti Mobily, Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC), Zain dan lain-lain.

Selain itu, bagi jemaah yang tidak mempunyai telefon bimbit, syarikat Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) akan meneruskan perkhidmatan i-Talk yang membolehkan jemaah membuat panggilan ke Tanah Air pada kadar yang berpatutan, iaitu SR1 seminit.

TH ingin mengingatkan kepada Jemaah Haji untuk tidak membeli kad sim prabayar daripada agen-agen tidak bertauliah di Terminal Haji, tempat rehat dan rawat (R&R) atau sekitar bangunan penginapan jemaah haji.
