1. Eligibility
   Participation in the TaHa Cilik Netball Championship is open to members of the TaHa Cilik Club who meet the following criteria:
   • Hold an active Tabung Haji (TH) account
   • Aged between 7 to 12 years old
   • Have performed at least one savings transaction in the year 2025
      
2. Competition Rules
   • The competition will be conducted in accordance with the rules set by the International Netball Federation (INF) and adopted by the Netball Association of Malaysia (PBJM).

• Registration of players, officials/coaches must be done at the respective TH State branch.

• Each team must consist of 7 players and 5 substitutes. A minimum of 5 players must be on the court before the match can begin.

• Scoring goals is the main objective of the game. Only the Goal Shooter (GS) and Goal Attack (GA) are allowed to score from within the Goal Circle.

• Each game will be officiated by two referees.

• The game starts with a Centre Pass and the centre pass alternates after each goal.

• All players on the court must wear bibs with the following positions:

  1. GS - Goal Shooter

  2. GA - Goal Attack

  3. WA - Wing Attack

  4. C - Centre

  5. WD - Wing Defence

  6. GD - Goal Defence

  7. GK - Goal Keeper

• The tournament is open to a minimum of 10 teams with no maximum limit. All teams will be divided into an appropriate number of groups determined by the respective TH State branch.
• Groupings will be decided via a draw.
• Group stage matches will be played in a league format with a point system.
• The Champion and Runner-Up of each group will qualify for the knockout rounds leading to the Final.

2. Point Allocation
   The team with the highest points will be declared the winner.
   • Win - 3 Points
   • Draw - 1 Points
   • Loss - 0 Points

     Knockout Format - If two (2) or more teams earn the same number of points, the following tie breakers will be applied:

   • Goal Average (Total goals scored divided by total goals conceded)

   • If still tied, Goal Difference (Total goals scored minus total goals conceded)

   • If still tied, the team with the highest number of goals scored will be declared the winner

3. Player Substitution
   • Each team is allowed a maximum of 3 substitutions per match.
   • Substituted players may re-enter the game, and each substitution will be counted.
   • Substitutions or positional changes may be made during halftime or if the game is stopped due to injury or illness.

• 7 minutes x 1 minutes x 7 minutes (Group Stage)
• 10 minutes x 2 minutes x 10 minutes (Knockout Rounds)
• Teams must switch goal ends at halftime.

• All participants must dress modestly and avoid any symbols or images that are non-Shariah compliant or religiously sensitive.
• Participants must maintain proper behavior and refrain from using offensive language or engaging in provocative actions.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend or introduce additional rules as necessary.

• Champion: RM500

• Runner-Up: RM400

• Third Place: RM300

  *All participants will receive a TH Savings Container.

Interested schools or teams must register at the nearest TH State branch before the registration closing date (as determined by each TH State).

Any matters or conditions not specified in these rules will be decided by the organizer, and the organizer reserves the right to amend the relevant rules. All decisions are final.
