KUALA LUMPUR, October 6, 2025 – Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) has launched a financial literacy programme aimed at enhancing depositors’ financial knowledge and promoting the habit of saving for the Hajj pilgrimage.
The ‘Cilik-Cilik Dah Celik’ programme, held in conjunction with Financial Literacy Month (FLM) 2025, was organised in collaboration with the Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK). The launch event was attended by nearly 100 families selected as the pioneer group.
This launch and educational workshop mark the participants’ first step in a six-month learning journey through six engaging modules designed to impart impactful financial knowledge.
Throughout the six-month period, participants will receive guidance through workshops, simulations, digital learning, gamification activities, and monitoring of their children’s savings progress. Monthly rewards and grand prizes will also be offered to participants who consistently save.
This initiative marks TH’s proactive step towards nurturing a saving culture and developing a financially literate generation ready to fulfil the fifth pillar of Islam in the future.
