Senior General Manager Corprorate Finance & Services

Rifina Md Ariff was appointed as Senior General Manager, Corporate Finance & Services TH on 15 December 2014. She has solid background in the areas of investment, corporate finance and banking. She began her career as Senior Officer in Permata Merchant Bank in 1990. From 1994 until 2000, she was Senior Manager at Amanah Saham Mara Berhad and subsequently Assistant Vice President of Affin Merchant Bank Berhad for 2 years, prior to joining TH in 2002. In 2009, she was seconded to Pelikan Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Hannover, Germany for 4 years before returning to TH in July 2013.

She serves as TH Nominee Director in several companies including BIMB Holdings Berhad, Abraj Sdn Bhd, Abraj Management Sdn Bhd, TH Marine Sdn Bhd and TH Alam Holdings (L) Inc. and LTH Property Investment (L) Inc. She also sits as Director in TH’s UK companies namely Leatherhead Properties Ltd and LTH Property 2 Limited.
