Government-Linked Investment Companies (“GLICs”) Implement the Living Wage

In line with the Ekonomi MADANI Framework of Raising the Ceiling and Raising the Floor to Elevate Employees’ Living Standards, Wellbeing and Productivity

PUTRAJAYA, 1 May 2025 – Government-Linked Investment Companies (“GLICs”) have collectively implemented the living wage policy for all their permanent Malaysian employees. The GLICs that have fulfilled the commitment to the living wage policy where all their permanent Malaysian employees now earn more than the monthly living wage include Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“Khazanah”), Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”), the Employees Provident Fund (“EPF”), Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (“KWAP”), Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (“LTAT”) and Lembaga Tabung Haji (“TH”).

TH Announces Profit Distribution of RM2.92 Billion (3.25%) After Zakat Settlement, Benefiting 9.54 Million Depositors

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 March 2025 – Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH), the Malaysian pilgrims’ fund board, has announced a Profit Distribution for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 at a rate of 3.25 percent, amounting to RM2.92 billion, which will benefit more than 9.54 million TH depositors. This rate was achieved after taking into account the zakat settlement of 2.5775 percent (RM99.35 million).

Kerjasama Strategik TH Bersama Malaysia Airlines Diteruskan Lima Tahun

KUALA LUMPUR, 27 FEBRUARI 2025 – Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) telah menandatangani Perjanjian Penerbangan Haji selama lima tahun bersama Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) bagi menyediakan perkhidmatan penerbangan carter haji bermula musim haji 1446H sehingga 1450H (2025-2029).
